Happy Monday! Weekend recap! If you follow me on Instagram OR read last week’s It’s Friday post, you’ll know I was on vacation last week. Yippee! We spontaneously decided to head to the NC mountains, and it was such a great trip. We stayed in downtown Asheville, which meant easy walking to good eats. We also day-tripped to Greenville, SC. Greenville – you were a wonderful surprise! The downtown reminds me of Durham-in-the-Future, and it has an awesome downtown river and park. Such a delightful visit. Sunday: Mother’s Day – so I’m not cooking.
