Another Monday! Which means another weekend done.
We had an ok weekend around here. Husband had to work all day Saturday, and part of Sunday morning, so, honestly, it felt like regular weekdays. And NC has decided “Let’s skip Spring and go straight to Summer!”, which means you’ll only see this Midwestern Girl early in the mornings now. Any later and I start to wilt.
Anyway, on to this week’s menu! It’s a shorter than normal menu because we’re headed out of town for the Easter weekend! And, as you’ll see below, I need a new cookbook! I love my Fields of Greens cookbook, but I’m clearly an heavy user of it! If you have any favorites, PLEASE let me know!
